New Bern Fabric Center was established in 1974 and purchased by Carole and James Hall in 1987. Historic New Bern, North Carolina was founded in 1710 by Christopher de Graffenried of Berne, Switzerland and is the second oldest city as well as the Colonial Capital of North Carolina. Our experienced sales staff, teachers and service technicians come from a diverse background which includes public education, business, social work, government and farming.
