I am an IT professional and business owner, I own and operate my own electronic repair shop currently. I deal with electronics of all kinds, such as cellphones, computers, laptops, etc. My skills include repairing hardware, software, and operating systems. I manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines affectively. I have formal training in Networking and Server construction. I gained valuable experience in a repair shop located in United Arab Emirates. While there, I learned the operational and technical protocols and duties that helped me learn management, customer service, problem solving, and time management just to name a few.
